WinSafe
Information |
WinSafe
let you encrypt your files using strong cryptography
algorithms like Blowfish, CAST, SAFER-SK128, Twofish and
more. You can simply change the algorithm by selecting
another in the options menu.
You can wipe your files (secure delete), create
self-decrypting .exe's, merge files, scan your drives for
encrypted files.
Most other cryptography applications have only one
algorithm and don’t let the user choose which one to
use. Other have just a couple, WinSafe lets you choose
from 28 different algorithms!

|
WinSafe doesn't just allow you to encrypt ordinary files,
there are even special encryption interfaces for different
type of files. One interface for encrypting all file
types, one for encrypting images and another for text. When an encrypted image or text file is viewed, it is decrypted in memory. No temporary files are ever created. This means even more
security!

The fully functional trial version is limited to 50 uses. When the trial period is over, you are required to register the software. The registration fee is currently only US $25! Please note that files encrypted during the trial can be decrypted even after the trial period is over. Click Here to download the free trial version. NO Spyware NO Adware just pure, good old-fashioned shareware!

Of The Tools in WinSafe |
File
Wiping
When
you delete any files they aren’t really gone even if it
might seem that way. They are actually only marked as free
space by the operating system. The actual contents of the
files may still be recoverable by anyone with a low-level
utility and desire to view your sensitive data. This util
rewrites the files with random trash specified number of
times before deletion (default set to 10 times). This way
if anyone tries to recover the files they will only get a
bunch of crap and not the actual data.
Merge Files
This feature lets you merge 2 files. This means that you
can hide a file into another. For example you can hide a
text file into an image without effecting the actual
image!
Create Self-Decrypting .EXE
With this feature you can add any number of files into
one single encrypted executable. This can be very useful
when you for example want to securely send someone any
number of files and no one except the receiver will be
able to view them. He doesn't even need to have WinSafe
installed to be able to decrypt the files. All he needs is
the correct password. |
